Please be aware the following information can also be found in our Exhibitor Policies (click "Participate," above, then the tab marked "Become An Exhibitor").
Exhibitors, you must tell the hotel(s) you are with the National Cowboy Symposium & Celebration to get special rates. Too, ask for the National Cowboy Symposium & Celebration "room block" when making reservations. The deadline for reservations is August 15, 2011. If you have any questions about whether or not you qualify for special hotel rates, please contact the NCSC symposium office at cowboysymposium@suddenlink.net.
